Data we process
The details you send through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, country, the product line you select, volume, destination, Incoterm and the content of your message.
Purpose
To answer your inquiry and, if you choose to go ahead, to prepare an offer and manage the resulting commercial relationship.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
We keep your details for as long as needed to answer your inquiry. If a commercial relationship follows, we keep them for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law.
Recipients
We do not sell your details or pass them on to third parties, except where the law requires it. Our hosting and email provider processes them on our behalf, as a data processor.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@limorela.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
