Quality and logistics
What we agree, check and document for every shipment.
Specification first
Every order starts from a written specification. Each offer states:
- Product, variety and origin
- Grade, calibre or technical parameters
- Packing, labelling and palletisation
- Volume and shipment schedule
- Incoterm, destination and payment terms
Quality control
Quality criteria are agreed in writing before shipment and checked before loading. Independent pre-shipment inspection by a recognised surveyor can be arranged by agreement.
Supplier certificates, such as GLOBALG.A.P., BRCGS or IFS, are shared with the offer when they apply to that lot.
Trade documents
Each shipment travels with the documents its product and destination require, typically:
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Certificate of origin
- Phytosanitary certificate for fresh produce
- Health certificates where the destination requires them
- Bill of lading, CMR or air waybill
- Product specification and, where available, laboratory analysis

Food safety and compliance
Products are supplied in line with EU food law and the import requirements of the destination market, which we confirm for each offer.
